The Nobile family offers four luxury homes for private rental throughout the year in typical Tuscan style. We breathed life back into this ancient and beautiful property, restoring it with no expense spared.

Il Molino di Bordone is an elegant, 17th Century Tuscan Farmhouse, set in a glorious location among the Tuscan and Umbrian hills, only minutes from the beautiful Etruscan walled town of Cortona. The setting is completely private with a surrounding landscaped garden of roses and poppies, lavender and rosemary, chestnuts and cypresses, olive groves and sunflower fields, perennial flower beds and much more.

The luxurious interiors of each home have been exquisitely decorated with the utmost attention to detail and furnished with country charm; chestnut beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors, twin and double bedrooms with marble tiled en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, large living rooms with wood burning fireplaces, a reading library, TV, DVD, telephone and private outdoor patios with barbecues for al-fresco dining.

Enjoy relaxing by the pool, strolling in the gardens, walking in the hills or along the river that once worked the mill. Tramp among sunflowers, explore the olive grove, climb the tower for panoramic views or simply sip wine while watching the sun set over the russet hills. Organic vegetable garden: guests are welcome to help themselves to vegetables, friut and an abundances of herbs for flavouring gourmet recipes.

Families with children can enjoy complete safety in the 2 acre garden which is completely secluded with entertainments for all ages: swimming, croquet, badminton, trampoline, swings & climbing frame. We also have dogs and cats.

GPS coord:- Lat. 43 15' 11.2"; Long. 12 2' 56.6"
Exit VALDICHIANA; after pay toll follow PERUGIA.
75bis exit CASTIGLION DEL LAGO; follow TERONTOLA/CORTONA.
Turn RIGHT to OSSAIA through narrow village [careful on the bends] and continue.
Turn RIGHT towards PERGO/MERCATALE and continue (just 5km from here).
Follow this straight road through Pergo; note the bar & Despar supermarket on the left.
Note another bar/CRAI shop also on the left and continue.
Turn RIGHT immediately after the MONTANARE SIGN.
Go over the bridge and immediately RIGHT again onto a dirt road.
Continue parallel with the stream to IL MOLINO DI BORDONE.
